René Hesselink

René Hesselink has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. René started their professional journey as an intern at Kenteq in 2013, where they worked for three months. Later that year, they took on an intern position at Turn Key Pipeline Services B.V. for a five-month period.

In 2015, Hesselink joined Europcar Nederland as a Rental Representative and remained in this role for almost three years, until January 2018. Following that, they joined Europcar Australia and New Zealand as a Rental Service Officer, where they worked for a year.

In 2019, Hesselink transitioned to a Customer Experience position at Tellow, a bookkeeping tool for freelancers in the Netherlands. René held this role until March 2020 when they became a Product Owner at the same company. As a Product Owner, their responsibilities included managing and prioritizing the product backlog. Hesselink's most recent position at Tellow is the Head of Product, which they have held since May 2021.

René Hesselink began their education at Scholingsboulevard, where they completed their VMBO-TL degree in Economics from 2007 to 2011. René then pursued further studies at ROC van Twente from 2011 to 2014, focusing on Internationale Detail- en groothandel. In 2014, they joined Saxion University of Applied Sciences and studied Management Economie en Recht for a year, completing their studies in 2015.
