Gene Kim

Gene Kim has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Gene is currently serving as the Director of Revenue Management at Telluride Ski & Golf since June 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Sage Hospitality from 2018 to 2021, where they held the position of Regional Director of Revenue Management. During their tenure at Sage Hospitality, they successfully improved the results for a high-profile property by increasing transient year-over-year ADR by 11.7%, RevPar by 23.4%, and Total Revenue by 24%.

Before joining Sage Hospitality, Gene worked as the Regional Director of Revenue Management at The Kessler Collection from 2015 to 2018. Gene also gained experience as a Senior Revenue Manager at Aston Hotels & Resorts from 2013 to 2015 and as a Revenue Manager at Dimension Development from 2008 to 2013.

Prior to these roles, Gene held a leadership position as the Director of Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Management at Embassy Suites Denver Tech Center from 2005 to 2008. Gene started their career in revenue management as the Director of Revenue Management at Crowne Plaza Denver in 2004.

Gene Kim obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of La Verne, where they studied from 1990 to 1995. In addition to their degree, they earned a certification as a Certified Revenue Management Executive from the Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International in October 2014.
