Deborah Roman

Deborah Roman is a seasoned professional in the software engineering field, currently serving as a Software Engineering Manager at Netsmart since July 2022. Prior to this role, Deborah has been a Business Integration Analyst at Tellus, LLC. since October 2019 and spent nearly three decades at Cantata Health LLC as a Senior Software Developer, focusing on Long Term Care solutions. Deborah's leadership capabilities were recognized in 2017 when nominated as the Women of the Year by the ABWA Coral Springs chapter, and previously held the position of Past President for the same chapter. In addition to a consulting role with Tastefully Simple from 2013 to 2017, Deborah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Towson University, obtained between 1985 and 1989.
