Vijay Varman has over 10 years of work experience in the recruitment and staffing industry. Vijay began their career in 2005 with Microland Limited as a Sr Team Leader. In 2011, they joined Tellus Solutions, Inc as a Lead Technical Recruiter, managing the recruitment life cycle including sourcing, short listing, interviewing, and negotiating compensation.
