Qing Sunnie Li

Qing (Sunnie) Li has had a diverse range of work experience in the real estate industry. Starting in 2014, they worked as a Community Manager for 2RedBeans.com, where they were responsible for content creation and customer relations. Qing (Sunnie) then moved on to become a Business Development Director at banmi.com, dealing with non-technical issues and building relationships with stakeholders.

In 2016, Qing became the Co-Founder and CEO of Fang88.com, a data-driven startup for the real estate industry. Under their leadership, Fang88 provided detailed property data and analysis for holistic assessments. Qing (Sunnie) also worked as a Project Manager at CRCM Ventures, helping portfolio companies achieve their marketing and business goals.

In 2018, Qing founded Future Homes Fund, a brokerage providing full-service buy and sell transactions. Qing (Sunnie) also ventured into business consulting as a Business Consultant for Tellus, a startup aiming to provide technological solutions for the real estate industry. Qing engaged in marketing, business development, and provided feedback on product positioning.

Qing's most recent work experience includes being the Chief Executive Officer at SALA Homes Realty & Development, a company focused on real estate buying, selling, and development. Qing (Sunnie) also served as a Business Partner at Meixin Global, a technology platform offering wealth managers access to global investment products and real assets.

Throughout their career, Qing has demonstrated their expertise in the real estate industry and their ability to take on leadership roles, develop business strategies, and collaborate with international teams.

Qing (Sunnie) Li pursued their education with a Bachelor's degree in International Economics and Trades from Northwest University from 2008 to 2012. Following this, they enrolled at the University of Washington, where they completed their Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree from 2012 to 2014.
