Ahmad Fathallah has worked in the field of operations for over 10 years. From 2009 to 2013, they worked as a Project Coordinator for Nahwa Al Muwatinya. Ahmad then moved to Save The Children as a Food Security and Livelihoods Officer, and then to Save the Children International as a Food Security & Livelihoods Program Coordinator. In 2014, they joined Telly as an Operations Manager, where they managed the delivery plan of content from different distributors, managed the quality of all content, handled relationship and negotiations with Telly's Video Platform partners, handled relationship and negotiations with studios and distributors, followed up with respective departments to have all materials for content ready for launch, supervised the digitizing of Kuwait TV’s library content, supervised the capturing and editing of Kuwait TV’s content, worked with engineers on the launching of the new Telly app, worked closely on Telly’s rebranding with the marketing department, worked closely with the marketing department on marketing and advertising campaigns to raise awareness about Telly, and reach new costumers, effectively managed staff, allocated tasks and arranged for necessary materials and surpassed company production goals, generated daily reports and recommended corrective measures to improve production to assist senior management in making decisions, and provided assistance to update company's procedures and best practices protocol. Ahmad also held the role of Assistant Operations Manager.
Ahmad Fathallah graduated from the Lebanese American University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Ahmad began their studies at the university in 2005.
