Naomi Powell

Naomi Powell has extensive experience in human resources, starting in 2006 as an HR Assistant at Haymarket Publishing. Naomi then worked at MS&L from 2007 to 2011, where they were responsible for all aspects of HR, training, and recruitment. From 2011 to 2014, they served as the HR Manager EMEA at FITCH, a global design consultancy. Naomi then worked as an HR Director at Hudson Sandler from 2015 to 2016. In 2017, they held the role of Head of HR at Anatwine and later became an HR Director at NPHR Consultancy. Currently, they serve as the Global Human Resources Director at Telmar, where they focus on innovation, culture, and purpose.

Naomi Powell earned a Master's degree in Human Resources Management CIPD from the University of West London, which they completed from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a 2:1 degree in Politics from the University of the West of England between 2001 and 2004. During their time at Stowe School from 1998 to 2000, Naomi completed A Levels. In 2013, they also obtained the MCIPD certification from CIPD.
