Alessandro Veras

Alessandro Veras began their career in 2001 as an IT Technician at Telebank, where they were responsible for installing and training bank software for customers. In 2005, they moved to Oi/Telemar as a Telecommunications Technician, where they were responsible for troubleshooting and fixing functional and performance problems of the network. In 2010, they joined Italtel as an IP Network Specialist, developing new projects to enhance network functionality, capacity and performance. In 2019, they were promoted to Network Automation Engineer at Italtel Brazil, where they were the tech lead in the Network Automation group. In 2021, they joined Telnyx as a Senior Network Automation Engineer, contributing to the delivery of the new Edge data centers.

Alessandro Veras' education history includes a Software Engineering degree from Instituto Infnet from 2020 to 2022, a Tecnologia em Redes degree from SENAC RJ in 2014, and a Network Technology degree from Univercidade from 2008 to 2011. Alessandro also holds several certifications, including NetOps (DevOps for Network Engineers): Automating Networks from LinkedIn in 2022, DevNet Class of 2020 from Cisco in 2020, IPv6 Certified Engineer Gold from IPv6 Forum in 2012, Cisco Certified DevNet Associate from Cisco in 2020, and Cisco Certified Network Professional from Cisco Systems in 2011.
