Tim Hunter

Tim Hunter has over 30 years of experience in the IT industry. Tim began their career in 1990 as a Senior Systems Administrator at UnixOps/University of Colorado at Boulder. In 1993, they took on a Technical Intern role at US West and a Programmer role at Odyssey Research Associates. Tim then worked as a Systems Administrator at Synopsys Inc. from 1994 to 1997. From 1997 to 1999, they were a Senior Consulting Software Engineer at KLA-Tencor. Tim then moved to Indigo Services Ltd. as a NOC Staff from 1999 to 2000. In 2000, they joined eir Ireland, where they held various roles, including Senior Infrastructure Architect and Manager, Senior Infastructure Engineer, Senior Service Design Architect, and Senior Technical Architect. Most recently, they joined Telnyx as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer in 2022.

Tim Hunter obtained their Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder between 1989 and 1994. Tim also holds several certifications, including Exploratory Data Analysis, R Programming, Reproducible Research, The Data Scientist’s Toolbox, Getting and Cleaning Data, and Startup Engineering from Coursera Verified Certificates and Coursera, obtained between 2013 and 2015.
