Juan Carlos Castaneda

Juan Carlos Castaneda is the Founder and CEO of TelOnline. Juan has over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, with a focus on computer telephony solutions.

Juan began their career in 1995 as a Commercial Manager for CTI Direct, LLC. In this role, they were responsible for developing and executing sales strategies for computer telephony software and hardware solutions.

In 1997, they became Sales Manager for Affinity LAC Group, where they oversaw sales of computer telephony products in Latin America. Juan then moved to APICE S.A. in 1999, where they served as Presidente from 1999 to 2000.

In 2005, they founded TELONLINE LLC, a company that provides call center operation services to small and medium businesses. Juan has been with TelOnline since its inception and currently serves as its CEO.

Juan Carlos Castaneda received a FinTech degree from the University of Miami Herbert Business School. Juan also has a degree in negotiation and conflict resolution from Harvard University. Additionally, they are an electronic engineer from Universidad Santo Tomás. Juan Carlos Castaneda is certified in County Business Enterprise (CBE) from Broward County Government, MBE from the Florida Department of Management Services, MBE Certification from the National Minority Supplier Development Council, and DBE Certification from the Florida Department of Transportation.
