Currently a senior consultant at the Telos Institute since May 2019, Jeannine specializes in coaching leaders and organizations navigating critical transitions. As the owner of Freshwater Leadership LLC since June 2010, Jeannine aligns organizational purpose with employee engagement to enhance retention and performance. Previously, as a professional development coach at Talentedly from November 2013 to April 2019, Jeannine facilitated career advancement through science-based coaching programs. Earlier in career at Ernst & Young LLP from 1995 to 2000, Jeannine provided change management consulting services that supported organizational success.
