Mike Herzog

Mike Herzog has a strong and diverse work experience. Mike began their career as a Manager at Accenture in 1995 and continued working there until 2000. Mike then joined The Structure Group as an Ambassador of Operational Excellence and Culture, later becoming the Chief Operating Officer. In 2015, Mike returned to Accenture as a Senior Manager in Business Operations. After leaving Accenture, they founded their own company, Someritus, where they served as the Owner and Founder. In 2018, Mike became a Communications Consultant at Utilicast. Currently, they hold the positions of Chief Experience Officer and President at the telos institute since 2019 and 2022, respectively.

Mike Herzog has a B.S. degree in Communication from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, which they obtained from 1992 to 1995. Following this, they pursued a M.A. degree in Organizational and Human Development, specializing in Integral Studies, at Fielding Graduate University from 2009 to 2010. In 2010, Mike also attended Integral Coaching Canada, where they earned certification as an Integral Coach.
