Barry Fell

Barry Fell is currently the Executive Director at Telos RTC and has served as the Clinical Director of Supervision and Training at Telos Residential Treatment Center since 2006. Previously, they worked as a Unit Counselor at Heritage Schools Inc. from 2000 to 2006. Barry holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Utah, which they earned between 2004 and 2006. Passionate about program development, Barry focuses on identifying system weaknesses and fostering the growth of team members, guided by the principles of Covey literature.
