Anne Constantino

Anne Constantino is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and consultancy. Currently serving as CEO, Coach, and Consultant at Telos Consulting Group LLC since May 2022, Anne previously held the position of President at Value Network from June 2017 to May 2023. Additionally, Anne served as CEO at Horizon Health Services from September 1994 to May 2023. Educational credentials include an Executive Leadership degree from the University at Buffalo School of Management, a Master of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University at Buffalo, and a Bachelor's degree in Art Teacher Education from Buffalo State University.
