Avi Sabag

Avi Sabag has extensive work experience in the field of technical support and customer service. Avi started their career as a Software Development Engineer at Tadiran PCB in 1986. Avi then moved on to work as an Application Engineer at E.I.T, where they were responsible for pre and post-sales support and high-level design. Avi joined Nortel Networks in 1996 as a Technical Support Manager, where they gained deep knowledge of network environments and various operating systems. At Nokia Networks, they served as a Technical Support Manager and managed a team of eight technical engineers. Avi then joined Alvarion as the Product Expert Director, leading the New Product Introduction process and enabling customer support engineers. Avi later joined the mobile industry company Cellebrite as the Head of Customer Support, where they led a global customer support team. Currently, Avi is working at Telrad Networks as the VP Support & Services, responsible for leading technical support activities worldwide. Avi has acquired knowledge of network environments and RF technologies (WiMAX and LTE).

Avi Sabag obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management and Social Sciences from The Open University, which they attended from 2006 to 2011. Prior to that, they attended Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 1989 to 1990, where they studied Computer Science, although it is unclear if they obtained a degree in this field. Before their time at Ben-Gurion University, they attended IAF Technological College in Beersheba from 1986 to 1988, where they earned a Practical Engineer in Computer Science.
