Noam Goldstein Lieber

Noam Goldstein Lieber currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Telrad Networks, a position held since May 2019, while also previously acting as the Executive Personal Assistant to the CEO. Prior to this, Noam Goldstein Lieber was the Executive Personal Assistant to the CEO at Bezeq International from September 2014 to May 2019, and held roles as HR Manager and Office Administration Manager to the CEO at Eurocom Digital Communications from June 2011 to September 2014. Noam Goldstein Lieber’s early career includes service in the Israel Defence Forces as a Non-Commissioned Officer in the Sigint corp. (8200) from 2005 to 2007. Academically, Noam Goldstein Lieber holds a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Behavior Studies and a Master's Degree in Consulting & Organizational Development from The College of Management Academic Studies, along with completing an executive education program at Tel-Aviv University in late 2022.
