Nicole McKenzie has extensive experience in data analysis and help desk operations, currently serving as a Senior Data Analyst at Telstra Health since August 2017. In this role, responsibilities include writing procedures and work instructions for national contact center operators and training them on these procedures. Prior to this, Nicole worked at EFTEX Pty Ltd in various capacities, including Help Desk Supervisor and Help Desk Operator, where training and troubleshooting assistance for ATM monitoring were key responsibilities. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Technology Sydney, obtained in November 2016.
