Ben Dixon

Ben Dixon is an experienced technology and security architect with a diverse career spanning over two decades in various roles within prominent organizations. Currently serving as the COE Lead for Technology Strategy & Architecture at Telstra since December 2015, Ben has also held several principal architect positions, including Chief Technical Architect and Enterprise Security Architect. Prior to Telstra, Ben was a Network Security Architect at NBN Co Limited, focusing on security architecture for various network types. Ben's career commenced at Siemens, progressing from a Trainee Technical Officer to a Network Administrator, followed by roles at Hewlett-Packard and Transurban as a Network Engineer and Network and Security Engineer, respectively. Ben holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Management in IT from Charles Sturt University and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a focus on Electronics and Information Systems Security from Swinburne University of Technology.
