David Bisley

David Bisley has extensive experience in operations and project management within the telecommunications and engineering sectors. Currently serving as a Business Operations Manager at Telstra, David manages a $450M OPEX P&L and previously held the role of Contract Manager, where leadership of a team of 25 led to the resolution of $60M in disputed payments. Prior roles include Senior Manager at nbn™ Australia, responsible for strategic work allocation in major construction programs, and Change Manager at Sydney Trains, focusing on maintenance optimization. Additional experience encompasses various engineering and project management positions across international projects, complemented by an MBA from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management and a degree in Mechatronic Engineering from the University of Sydney. David also holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
