Eddie Klen

Eddie Klen is a Mobility Experience Product Owner Principal at Telstra, having worked in the telecommunication industry since 2012. They have led high-performing teams and developed investment frameworks while focusing on customer experience and profitability. Prior to their current role, Eddie held various positions at Optus, including Customer Insights Manager and Channel Efficiency Manager. Eddie earned a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Accounting and Information Systems from Macquarie University and completed the CPA Australia Program.
