Hugh Heys

Hugh Heys is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in user experience (UX) and design leadership. Currently serving as Co-Founder at Shair and Senior UX Designer at Telstra since January and July 2024 respectively, previous roles include Senior Experience Designer at AGL and Senior Experience Designer at Exo Digital, where outstanding performance led to the Designer of the Year award in 2022. Notable contributions at ANZ involved leading the redesign of digital tools and enhancing customer authentication processes as a Senior Experience Designer. Earlier experience encompasses a role at LIFX focusing on creative design solutions and an internship at The International Fusion Corporation, where industrial design and experience design intersected. Hugh holds a Bachelor's Honours degree in Industrial and Product Design as well as a short course in UX Design from RMIT University.
