Juby James

Juby James is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in automation, testing, and release engineering, currently serving as Principal Technology Leader at Telstra since October 2023. Prior to this role, Juby was the Quality Engineering Chapter Lead at Belong, where responsibilities included shaping software engineering strategies, engaging and developing team members, and managing resource allocation. Juby's career also includes significant roles at IAG, ANZ, Sensis, Telstra, and National Australia Bank, demonstrating a versatile background in quality assurance and agile methodologies. Juby holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from both Bharathiar University and GRD College, and completed a microcert in Adaptive Leadership and Managing Teams from the University of Melbourne.
