Kimberley Knapp is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in strategic marketing and member engagement. Currently serving as a Senior Marketing Manager at Telstra since June 2018, Kimberley leads base management strategies and communications. Prior to this role, Kimberley held the position of Senior Manager of Member Experience at CUA, focusing on member onboarding and engagement strategies. Kimberley’s career also includes significant roles as Marketing Manager at Asaleo Care, where management of the Handee Ultra and TENA brands took place, as well as Senior Brand Manager positions at Goodman Fielder and SC Johnson. Kimberley holds an Executive Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Bond University, completed in 2017.
