Skye Rugless is an experienced marketing professional with a strong track record in retention and growth strategy across various industries. Currently serving as a Marketing Principal and Product Owner for Retention and Growth in the SMB sector at Telstra, Skye previously held roles such as Senior Product Owner at Bupa and Director of Consumer Revenue and Marketing at Broadsheet Media, where responsibilities included managing multiple revenue streams and enhancing customer engagement. With a depth of experience in CRM strategy, subscriptions marketing, and customer loyalty, Skye has also contributed to organizations like the Australian Broadcasting Corporation, The Australian, The Times, Optus, IAG, and Vodafone Australia. Skye holds an Executive MBA from Macquarie University, along with degrees in Commerce and Psychology from the University of Wollongong, and completed a leadership scholarship in Organizational Leadership from The Marketing Academy.
