Tanya Brown

Tanya Brown is an experienced Senior Change Manager at Telstra, a position held since October 2017. Prior to this role, Tanya worked as the Bank of Melbourne Program Implementation Lead at Westpac Group, focusing on customer-centric solutions, and as Sales Excellence Manager at Bank of Melbourne, where mentorship and continuous improvement in branch networks were key responsibilities. Tanya's career began at Bank of Melbourne as Branch Manager, successfully launching and managing a new branch, achieving significant scorecard results.
