Tom Cooper

Tom Cooper has extensive experience in the fields of learning and reward management, having held leadership positions at prominent organizations. At Telstra, from August 2018 to September 2024, Tom served as Head of Learning and Head of Reward & Learning within Global Business Services, focusing on continuous improvement and operational strategy. Prior to Telstra, Tom held various roles in notable companies, including Manager Reward & Recognition at BHP Billiton and Senior Manager, Reward at PwC Consulting, both emphasizing leadership. Tom began a career in compensation with KPMG and Mercer, solidifying expertise in executive compensation. Educationally, Tom earned a BSc in Mathematics from the University of Sussex.
