Teltonika EMS
Teltonika’s production facilities can address all manufacturing needs of product owners. Over more than 26 years of continuous growth, more than 20 offices were opened around the world, along with two modern manufacturing facilities. With sourcing offices in Europe and Hong Kong, a broad database of suppliers has been created with established direct manufacturer contacts and audited quality of the components. A wide range of component providers is maintained to prevent any extensions or disruptions of the supply chain. The manufacturing facilities are equipped with SMT lines and selective soldering machines to ensure automated assembly. With this equipment, we offer printed circuit board assembly, testing, and box-building services. The latest addition to the service portfolio is plastic parts and covers for electronic product making, further shortening the supply chain. Further investment in modern manufacturing facilities, the latest robotic systems, and supply chain independence continue to be prioritized at Teltonika. Our milestones for 2024 and 2025 include: • The construction and opening of a brand-new PCB factory in Europe will be finished. • A new manufacturing facility will be opened to expand production capacity.
