David Avila

David Avila is the Director of Operations at TELUS International, where they have contributed since 2021. Prior to this role, David held various positions within TELUS International, including Senior Operations Manager and Shift Manager, gaining over 15 years of experience in the BPO industry. David has successfully managed operations across diverse sectors such as utilities, marketing, telecommunications, and finance, achieving significant financial and operational results. Additionally, David pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration at Franklin University and is currently studying Industrial Engineering at Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala.
