Ian J. McDiarmid

Ian J. McDiarmid is a seasoned professional in strategy consulting with a focus on AI innovation and product initiatives. Currently serving as Principal at TELUS Digital since September 2025, Ian drives advancements across Digital, CX, and Trust and Safety clients. Prior experience includes a Principal role at WillowTree, where Ian partnered across various lines of business to promote product and organizational innovation.
