Rigina Altunov

Rigina Altunov is a seasoned AI professional with extensive experience across multiple positions in the tech industry. Currently serving as a Senior AI Engineer at TELUS Digital since December 2024, Rigina leads RAG integration and optimizes data processing pipelines for AI applications. Previously, as a Full Stack AI Developer at IBM from August 2020 to April 2025, Rigina pioneered a generative AI solution that improved business processes and reduced human support intervention by over 70%. Prior roles include Software Developer in Test at IBM, where automated testing frameworks were developed, resulting in significant testing efficiency gains, and Software Quality Assurance Tester at Millennium Techies, where testing methodologies enhanced software quality.
