Rolyn Landaverry has extensive experience in training and development, currently serving as the Learning Services Team Lead at TELUS International Central America since March 2016. In this role, Rolyn is responsible for overseeing the training team, ensuring training completion, and managing both new hire and ongoing training initiatives to enhance skill development and meet key performance indicators (KPIs). Additionally, Rolyn focuses on training reporting and supports all lines of business (LOBs) by identifying training gaps and areas of opportunity, subsequently developing plans to address these needs. Prior to this position, Rolyn held a role as a Customer Care Tier at Allied Global Contact Center & BPO. Rolyn also possesses a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Science, having completed education in Basico Moderno Para Computadoras from 2004 to 2008.
