Will Shu

Will Shu serves as the Chief Information Officer at TELUS Digital, overseeing the Riverstrong IT MSP/MSSP business unit following its acquisition in May 2025. Previously, Will held the role of Chief Information Officer at Riverstrong, where responsibilities included leading the Gerent MSP IT and MSSP Cybersecurity business unit from its inception. At Gerent, also a TELUS Digital company, Will directed IT, enterprise applications, compliance, and cybersecurity strategies across all company brands. Prior to these roles, Will's experience includes significant leadership positions in IT, including Chief Information Officer at ELS Educational Services and Director of Technology at Berenson, alongside technical roles at Gotham Technology Group, Linedata, TD Ameritrade, and Fountain Technologies.
