Cicilia Hartley

Cicilia Hartley is an experienced executive professional with a diverse background in administrative support, governance, and strategic partnership across various sectors. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Vice President of People and Culture at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology since June 2024, Cicilia previously held key positions, including Executive Business Partner and Board Liaison at TELUS Spark Science Centre, where responsibilities included managing the Office of the CEO and serving as governance secretary for the Spark Board of Directors. Cicilia's expertise spans multiple organizations, including the University of Calgary, Alberta University of the Arts, and Farm Credit Canada, where significant accomplishments involve enhancing executive effectiveness through strategic calendar management and fostering interdepartmental relationships.
