Alexia Riches, MBA, is an experienced organizational change leader and trusted advisor who specializes in developing strong relationships and executing transformational programs. Between 2013 and 2021, Alexia held various roles at TELUS, including Senior Program Manager and People & Culture Business Partner, where they influenced change management efforts impacting thousands of team members. Alexia earned a Master of Business Administration from Queen's University and holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of Calgary, alongside a certificate in Business Fundamentals from CEIBS. Currently, Alexia continues to drive change and improve customer experiences through coaching and strategic project management.
