Bill Ernst is a seasoned telecommunications professional with extensive experience at TELUS, where roles have included Manager Technology Strategy for Fundamental and Infrastructure Planning and Manager Technology Strategy & Operations for Broadband Networks Planning and Engineering since May 2007.
