Gurjit Lali is an accomplished IT Project Manager with extensive experience in organizational development and training. Currently with TELUS since August 2016, Gurjit leads project management initiatives within the PMCoE- CDO. Prior experience at Rogers Communications from January 2004 to February 2016 includes roles as Regional Training Manager, Retention Team Manager, and various management positions, where Gurjit successfully facilitated training, developed high-performance teams, and implemented effective performance strategies. Additional experience at BMO Financial Group involved customer service roles, providing a strong foundation in client-centric service. Gurjit’s education includes studies at Vancouver Community College and the University College of the Cariboo.
