Hayden Taylor

Hayden Taylor is an accomplished marketing professional and strategy expert with extensive experience in telecommunications and customer retention. Currently serving as Marketing Manager for PureFibre Upsell at TELUS since January 2024, Hayden previously held roles including Strategy Manager at TELUS Consumer Solutions and Marketing Manager for Customer Retention at Shaw Communications, where a focus on retention strategies in Western Canada was demonstrated. Additional experience includes positions as Marketing Analyst, Supply Chain Analyst, and Wireless Retail Specialist at Shaw Communications, as well as a Credit Risk Management Intern role. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Commerce in Risk Management and Finance from the University of Calgary and a recent 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification. Further professional development was pursued at the University of Waterloo.
