Jonathan Natalicio is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in global operations and client services. Currently serving as the Global Operations Director at TELUS since December 2021, Jonathan specializes in financial management and developing long-term operational strategies. Prior to TELUS, Jonathan held significant roles at Teleperformance, including Site Director and Director of Operations, where responsibilities encompassed site operations and strategic management for growth and profitability. Jonathan's career also includes positions at Dell Technologies as a Technical Support Manager and Customer Care Manager, as well as a Technical Sales Engineer at Chase Technologies Inc.
