Rajesh Ranjan

Rajesh Ranjan is an experienced engineering manager in data engineering currently working at TELUS since June 2023. Prior to this, Rajesh held the position of Senior Data Engineering, Analytics, and Governance Lead at Scotiabank from February 2019 to June 2023, where responsibilities included leading the enterprise-level issue management and data quality innovation program, establishing an anomaly detection framework, and managing a high-performing team. Rajesh's career also includes roles as a data engineer, quantitative analyst, and controls and instrumentation engineer, with significant contributions at IDC Canada, the University of Toronto, Australian National University, and University of Alberta. Rajesh holds a Master's degree from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.
