Sudipta Samanta

Sudipta Samanta is a Senior Research Engineer at Temasek Life Sciences Laboratory and an Artificial Intelligence Engineer at Pathnova Laboratories, both roles held since 2019. From 2009 to 2018, Sudipta worked as a Research Scientist at the Singapore-MIT Alliance for Research & Technology Centre, focusing on computational protein design to enhance accuracy in protein function alterations. Sudipta also served as a Visiting Scientist at MIT's Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory and completed a Postdoctoral Researcher position at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, emphasizing the molecular basis of mechanotransduction through advanced simulations. Sudipta holds a PhD in Computational Biophysics from S N Bose National Center for Basic Sciences and an MSc in Physics from the University of Calcutta.
