David Teo

David Teo is currently the Lead for Cybersecurity & Governance at Temasek Polytechnic, a position held since August 2018, overseeing the cybersecurity and governance of IT systems. Prior to this role, David worked at CSC from November 2007 to November 2016, where responsibilities included leading the Business Operations team for the AMEA region and supporting the End-User Services Director with financials and operations. David also served as the Regional Manager for AsiaPac in End User Services, managing daily operations in Remote Desktop Management and email services. David's earlier career includes technical roles at NCS Group from July 1997 to October 2007, with secondments to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and as a Systems Analyst at PSA from 1994 to 1997, handling communications systems and related enhancements. David's educational background includes a Master of Business in IT from RMIT University, along with specialist diplomas in Internet of Things and Business Analytics from Temasek Polytechnic, and a Bachelor of Computer Engineering from Nanyang Technology University.
