Cara Tan

Cara Tan currently serves as Vice President at Temasek since July 2014, bringing extensive experience in organizational psychology and talent management. Prior to this role, Cara held positions such as Senior Manager at IMC, Talent Management Consultant at Visa, and Senior Regional Consultant at Development Dimensions International. Cara’s career began at the Civil Service College in Singapore, where a role as Senior Psychologist was complemented by academic positions as Associate Tutor at both SIM University and The University of Western Australia, alongside a stint as Research Assistant. Education includes a Master of Psychology in Organizational Psychology from The University of Western Australia and a Bachelor of Social Science (Hons) in Psychology from the National University of Singapore.
