Dawn Zhou

Dawn Zhou currently serves as Assistant Vice President of Public Affairs at Temasek since February 2023, having previously held the position of Senior Associate in Sustainability Communications. Prior experience includes serving as a Strategic Communications and Media Operations Officer at the Ministry of Sustainability and the Environment, Singapore, where crisis communications plans were developed for national events such as COVID-19 management and supply disruptions. Dawn's tenure at the National Youth Council saw the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, achieving significant public engagement and brand awareness. Additionally, experience at Changi Cove involved developing brand imagery and collaborating with design teams on marketing strategies. Dawn Zhou holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Life Science, specializing in Environmental Biology, from the National University of Singapore.
