Haowei du

Haowei Du is an accomplished professional currently serving as Vice President of Strategy at Seatrium since March 2025 and as Vice President of Portfolio Development at Temasek since December 2020. At Temasek, responsibilities include collaborating with the Board and senior management of portfolio companies on mergers and acquisitions, strategy, capital structure, and operational enhancements, with a primary focus on the energy sector. Haowei has also been part of the Investment Review team and is currently seconded to Seatrium to lead M&A and strategic initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as a Board Observer at RigCo Holding Pte Ltd and working as an Investment Banking Associate and Analyst at Morgan Stanley, where support was provided for M&A transactions across sectors such as fintech, consumer, and leisure. Haowei holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the National University of Singapore.
