Wendy Chen

Wendy Chen is an experienced professional in human resources with a robust career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Director of Organisation & People at Temasek since April 2022, Wendy previously held the position of Executive Director of Human Resources at UOB from August 2012 to March 2022, and worked at Citibank Singapore Limited as an HRG from May 2000 to August 2012. Wendy holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance and Marketing from Curtin University, obtained between 2000 and 2001.
