Camila Carnevale Couto Costantino began their work experience in 2003 at General Motors, where they served as a Lawyer in the Legal Department. During their time there, they handled various legal matters such as transfer of technology international agreements, import and export agreements, corporate reorganizations, and intellectual property and foreign investments consulting.
In 2007, Camila joined Cescon, Barrieu, Flesch & Barreto Advogados as a Senior Associate in the Corporate Law & M&A Department. Their responsibilities included focusing on corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and foreign investments in Brazil. Camila gained extensive experience in local and cross-border M&A and joint-venture transactions, including private equity transactions and transactions involving publicly held corporations.
Camila then moved on to Odebrecht in 2012, where they served as a Legal Manager until 2015. Camila then joined Adecoagro as the Head of the Legal Department in Brazil, managing a legal team of 13 lawyers based in different branches of the company.
From 2019 to 2021, Camila worked at Pátria Investimentos as a Legal professional. Finally, in 2021, they became the Head of Legal & Compliance at Tembici, a leading bike-sharing company in Latin America and a venture capital company.
Throughout their career, Camila Carnevale Couto Costantino has gained significant experience in legal and compliance roles, specifically in the areas of corporate law, M&A, and international transactions.
Camila Carnevale Couto Costantino began their education at USP - Universidade de São Paulo in 2001, where they pursued a course in Modern Languages/English. However, they did not complete this course. In 2000, they enrolled in Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo and successfully earned a Bachelor's degree in Law in 2004. Following this, Camila pursued a Postgraduate degree in Business Administration at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas from 2006 to 2010. Lastly, in 2011 and 2012, they attended King's College London to obtain a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree.
