Sthefany Simioni

Sthefany Simioni began their work experience in 2012 as an intern in the Societário e Governança Corporativa department at Odebrecht, where they worked until 2013. In 2013, they joined Otima - Mídia Out of Home as Head of Legal and Institutional Relations, where they had various responsibilities including legal consulting, corporate governance, contract management, and government relations. Sthefany stayed with Otima until 2021, when they moved to Copa Energia as Coordenadora - Societário, Contratos e Governança Corporativa. Sthefany worked at Copa Energia until 2022. Currently, they are working as an Executive Legal Manager at Tembici.

They pursued a Bachelor's degree in Law at Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo from 2009 to 2013. Additionally, they completed a Post-Graduate degree in Business Administration at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas from 2017 to 2018. Currently, they are enrolled at Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa, pursuing an LL.M. in Corporate Law, which will be completed in 2022.
