Thiago Boufelli

Thiago Boufelli has extensive experience in operations and logistics management across multiple countries in Latin America. Currently serving as COO and Director of Latam Operations at Tembici, Thiago oversees operations in Brazil, Argentina, Chile, and Colombia, while also previously holding the position of Country Manager for Chile and Business Head for Last Mile. Prior experience includes roles at Zé Delivery as Head of Last Mile and Group Supply Manager, as well as various logistics positions at Cervejaria Ambev where Thiago was a Senior Logistics Manager. Earlier career steps involved working as a Commercial & New Business Coordinator at TCP Terminal de Contêineres de Paranaguá. Thiago holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas and an MBA in International Management and Strategy from FIA Business School.
