Cacey Black

Cacey Black, MHA, currently serves as the Director of Provider Relations at Temecula Valley Hospital since February 2025. Previously, Cacey held the position of Strategy Program Director at Palomar Health from September 2017 to November 2023, focusing on the development and execution of strategic initiatives. Cacey's experience includes roles as Strategy Manager at UC San Diego Health, where responsibility included strategic growth for Cardiovascular, Oncology, and Medicine service lines, and as a Strategic Planning Specialist at ProMedica. Cacey's early career comprised various internships, including roles at the Medical University of South Carolina and Roper St. Francis Healthcare, where insights into clinical operations and accreditation processes were gained. Cacey holds a Master of Health Administration from the Medical University of South Carolina and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The Ohio State University.
