Rich Regole

Rich Regole serves as Chief Executive Officer of Mason Advisors since January 2022, while also holding board membership at P&S Machining & Fabrication and advising multiple companies, including TEMEDA and A-1 Tool. Regole's leadership experience spans over two decades as CEO of ICONN Systems, LLC, Mechanical Products, and Accurate Forming, LLC, with a strong focus on operational efficiency and growth. Regole's expertise in business restructuring has led to successful transformations and sales across various organizations, such as Craftsman Unity and Koontz-Wagner. Academically, Regole holds an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Roosevelt University.
